Where is the store based and where do you ship?

Based in Atlanta, Georgia and we ship within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number to see the status of the delivery.

Are your beauty products vegan friendly?

Yes, our entire collection is vegan and cruelty-free. We only use the finest, fresh ingredients from companies that don’t test on animals. 

What should I do if my body butter or body bar arrived melted?

During warm weather, body butters/bars may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes or on front porches. We do not formulate our whipped body butters/body bars with any synthetic stabilizers or thickeners. However, they do include a natural olive-based wax which prevents the ingredients from separating.

Whipping adds tiny air bubbles (just like whipping cream) that increase the size and change the texture, making the product fluffy. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so the volume may not appear completely full although it was previously filled to the brim.

All you need to do is place your body butter in the refrigerator for about an hour until firm, then store at room temperature out of direct sunlight. We are unable to apply refunds if products arrive melted during the spring-summer season, but not to worry, the quality and nourishing properties of our body butters and body bars are not affected by melting!

What is your return policy?

Due to the personal cosmetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your package was damaged in transit, save the box and the items and notify us at your earliest convenience. Do you offer complimentary samples?

Depending on inventory, we try our best to include samples in every order - for example, you may receive a mini doll head soap or some handmade stickers!

We make no claims to treat or cure any type of illness or health condition with our products. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are on medications, please check with your doctor before using any of our products as some herbs and essential oils should not be used during pregnancy or if you have a medical condition.
